Any size is a great fit. Our products are equally effective for operations of all sizes because they are designed to address performance, not size. If you have a fleet that needs excellent performance out of laptop GPS technology, it is a fit for IPC.
We primarily serve fleets in the utility, telecommunication and municipal markets.
We have very close relationships with the manufacturers of these products, and often we can work with them to modify their product so the customers’ problem is solved. If that is not feasible, IPC will develop an application to address the customer’s needs.
Our customers get one year of telephone support with our products, in addition to tech support for third-party applications we integrate. We also offer onsite support for the cost of our expenses.
Yes. We guarantee our products for one year. Customers can also access a free trial version of our products before making a commitment to buy.
